The petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No. 7(a) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed in the order dated 22.08.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No. 4679 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
