This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) imposed upon the petitioners/accused 2 and 3 in the order dated 29.08.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.20571 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
