ORDER

Today, Mr.A.Ganesan, representing the Management of Safe Service Limited, as it's counsel submitted that Gazette Notification dated 23.07.2007 was issued under the Companies Act, 1956 in terms of Section 560(5) by the Union of India and a copy of it is produced before this Court. In the list of Companies, which have been struck off from the register, the name of petitioner's Company which is a Public Limited Company, is found in Serial No.5 as Company No.281/ M/s. Safe Services Limited.

2. In the light of the same, the petitions stand dismissed. It is open to the second respondent to execute the order obtained from the Labour Court in the manner known to law. The similar order is also been passed in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
