2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, there is a typographical error in para(3) in Crl.O.P.No.25722 of 2023, wherein instead of allowed, order says dismissed.

3. In the light of the above submission, para (3) of the order copy reads as follows:

In the said circumstances, this Court finds that the prosecution of the petitioner is not sustainable. Hence, this quash petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
