The petitioner herein seeks a direction to consider his representation dated 22.08.2024 in accordance with law and permit the petitioner to register the sale deed in his capacity as Power of Attorney of the original owner viz., Raja.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he got power deed from Raja owner of the property in respect of the property situated in S.No.142/5E, Omalur Village, Salem District. When he presented a sale deed for registration in his capacity as power of attorney, the same was refused by the 3rd respondent. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 22.08.2024 before the second respondent seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to register the document presented by petitioner as power of attorney of said Raja. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not presented any sale deed for registration. Therefore, the writ petition filed by him is pre-matured.

4. In view of the stand taken by the respondent that no sale deed has been presented for registration, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the respondent. It is for the petitioner to present the document for registration and workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
