Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. A.N.THAMBIDURAI, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant an interim stay the termination notice dated 20.08.2019 issued by the 5th respondent and all further proceedings thereon, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

Heard both sides.

Upon hearing the submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant interim direction as prayed for by the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
