O R D E R

The appeal was filed by the workman seeking enhancement of compensation with reference to the award dated 10.05.2017 passed in E.C.No.30 of 2015.

As far as the quantum of compensation is concerned, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour fixed the income as Rs.8,000/- which is in accordance with the Central Government notification. In this appeal also, there is no substantial question of law raised as the monthly income of the workman was fixed in accordance with law and there is no infirmity as such. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
