This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20524 of 2022 on 26.09.2022 to report before the learned Special Judge I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Special Judge I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Special Judge I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Judge.
