This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 37 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case has been registered against the members of the JACTO-GEO in connection with JACTO-GEO agitation for raising certain demands to be implemented. However, the case is said to have been withdrawn by the Government by taking some Policy decision.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also agrees the said contention.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 11.01.2023 vum Index:yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order To 2/4
