O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to restore the petitioner's Director Identification Number (DIN:00244480) and rectify the records of the respondent to that effect.

2. It is stated that some typographical error crept in Form32 in the incorporation documents of one M/s. Stellent Exim mentioning the petitioner's DIN i.e. 00244480 in the place of DIN 02544480 of another person by name Muthukrishnan Saravanan who seems to have subscribed to the Memorandum of Association of the said Company. It is stated by the petitioner that he is neither a subscriber, nor involved in the incorporation of M/s. Stellent Exim. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for rectification of the mistake. As the said request has not been considered, the present Writ Petition is filed before this Court.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is admitted by both sides that now, the respondent has restored the petitioner's DIN namely DIN No.00244480 and removed the disqualification of the petitioner as well. However, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stated that the respondent has to further delink the petitioner's DIN from the said Company M/s. Stellent Exim and to link it to the petitioner's original Company M/s.Kissan Engineering Works Private Ltd. The petitioner has already made a representation to that effect on 26.02.2020.

Mr.J.Madanagopal Rao, the learned Senior Standing Counsel submitted that the said request of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, since the petitioner's DIN has already been restored. He submitted that the said exercise will be done within a period of two weeks.

5. The said statement is recorded and the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's request within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
