2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiry by the respondent police, it came light that the complaint given by the petitioner was a false one and hence the same was closed on 10.11.2019.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
