O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 and to recover the trust properties illegally conveyed by the 3rd parties.
2. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned GovernmentAdovocate (HR & CE) takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a devotee of Arulmighy Agatheeswarar Temple and in respect of maldministration and fraudulent act in handling the finance of the temple, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents on 11.10.2018 pointing out that this has been happening for quite sometime, but no action has been taken by the official respondents on the said representation and therefore, to espouse the said cause, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 2ndrespondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 and pass orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
6. In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the trustees of the 4th respondent temple.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
