ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter viz,S.Gowthami, female, aged about 20 years, before this Court, the above Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.
2. The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue and the detenue are present. The detenue has informed us that she has since married one Vijayakumar, who is aged about 24 years.. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thereafter, on the request of the petitioner, we facilitate a dialogue between them. Even thereafter, the detenue is sticking on her stand.
3. As the detenue is the major and since she has married, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the detenue is set at liberty and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
