ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Pursuant to the undertaking given by the respondents, the land belongs to the petitioner has been handed over by the authorities.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for Vellore Corporation produced the copy of the letter dated 28.04.2025 stating that the land has been handed over to the petitioner and the petitioner also acknowledged the same.

3. That being so, no further adjudication on merits needs to be undertaken. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also stands closed.
