This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.330 of 2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein and entrust the same to any other Specialized Agency to investigate the case.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that some of the accused persons have been arrested and a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- has been recovered and the vehicle involved has been seized. He further submitted that investigation is under progress and at this juncture, if the investigation is transferred to some other investigation agency it would affect the entire investigation in Crime No.330 of 2019.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
