2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the withdrawal statement of the petitioner, his complaint dated 28.02.2019 has been closed by the respondent police on 30.11.2019.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
