This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur to expedite and dispose off the case in STC.No.19/2016 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the PW1 was examined on 25.06.2018 and thereafter, he not at all appeared and hence, the case was unnecessarily adjourned. He further submitted that the case details uploaded in the website does not reflect the correct status. Hence, he prays that this Court may direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur to expedite and dispose off the case at earlier.

3.Though notice served on the respondent and his name printed in the cause list, neither the respondent nor his counsel appeared today. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and on perusal of the records, the following order is being passed. 4.Considering the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur, is directed to expedite and dispose of the case in STC.No.19/2016 as early as possible preferrably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
