C O M M O N O R D E R The Writ Petitions have been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5608/2017/A1 dated 19.04.2021 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the private respondents.

3. When the matter came up for hearing on 12.12.2023, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither enquiry was conducted nor final order has been passed by the official respondents so far. Hence, this Court directed the learned Government pleader to file a status report with regard to the same. Today, status report has been filed by the official respondents. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents that date of

enquiry has been fixed on 12.01.2024.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity to all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, The Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
