This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to take further action of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2019 and to investigate the matter and take cognizance upon the same in accordance with the law and file final report within a certain time limit.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 08.11.2019.

3. Considering the said submission, this petition is closed. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to serve closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
