The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner or to subdivide the property or to issue joint patta by including the name of the petitioner vide application No.2022/01205/07/424984 dated 10.10.2022 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent to grant patta to the petitioners property.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the subject property and made an application on 10.10.2022 for transferring the patta. However till date the said application was kept in abeyance. However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 and pass orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the 2/4

materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner this Court directs the second respondent to consider the application dated 10.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as counter parties if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
