ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 30.10.2023 directed the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of both the O.P.Nos.2346 and 743 of 2023 within a period of two months. At the time of cross examination, the petitioner approached this Court and obtained directions. Further, time is extended for a further period of three months in C.M.P.No.25991 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.4275 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023. Inspite of two directions given, the learned Judge has not disposed of the case. The case is pending for two years. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some more directions for speedy disposal of the case.

2.On perusal of the records, it is seen that this Court already directed the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of both the O.P.Nos.2346 and 743 of 2023 within a period of two months. According to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, PW1 was examined in the year 2022, now the case is adjourned to 09.04.2025. for arguments besides the case is pending for two years as part-heard. 3.Therefore, the learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case on or before 30.04.2025, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to the parties. The directions shall be complied with without any deviation. It is needless to say that any deviation will be viewed seriously. Both the parties are also directed to co-operate for its early disposal without seeking unnecessary adjournments. 03-04-2025 mps Note to office:
