2. Heard Ms.D.Saraswathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.K.Saraswathi, learned counsel appearing for second respondent.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is allowed.
