This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.07.2024, wherein the petitioner has sought for compassionate appointment.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate for the 2nd respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that the representation made by the petitioner has already been rejected by the 2nd respondent through a communication dated 10.06.2023. Even thereafter, the petitioner was sending representation to the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent has also rejected the claim made by the petitioner through proceedings dated 14.05.2024. Without challenging any of those proceedings, the petitioner once again is sending a representation and has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

4.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court without challenging the order of rejection passed by the 2/4

respondents 1 & 2.

5.When the above was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by challenging the proceedings of the respondents 1 & 2.

6.In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondents 1 & 2 in the manner known to law, if so advised.
