ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the respondent-Corporation has considered the representation of the petitioner and certain directions have been issued by the respondent, vide proceedings, dated 29.08.2025. In view of the same, the writ petition may be closed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also conceded the aforesaid submission.

3. Recording the fair submissions, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
