Crl.O.P.No.24575 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 408, 471, 477A of IPC in Crime No.6 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail on 05.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2023 by a learned Single Judge of this Court, but however, the petitioners had not executed the sureties as prescribed. Subsequently, again time had been extended for executing sureties by order dated 28.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10436 of 2023 and again the petitioners had not executed the sureties. Now, the petitioners have again filed this second anticipatory bail petition before this Court, which is not maintainable.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
