The petitioners herein are wanted for cheating the defacto complainant receiving money promising Group II job in the State of 1/4

Tamil Nadu.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the money was paid only to Sentamilselvi and not to these petitioners, however, the police is harassing them. Further, he submits that the respondent police has no jurisdiction to investigate the matter which all the transactions took place at Somarasanpettai. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that a complaint to the District Crime Branch, Tiruvarur received from one Sanmuga Vadivelu alleging that Sentamilselvi and her son Santhosh Kumar/1st petitioner herein, Subramani and Siranjeevi had received a sum of Rs.70 lakhs promising to get job in the Government and has given a fake appointment order. When summon was issued to the petitioners, reply from the Advocate was sent by these petitioners. Till date they have not appeared. As far as the Sentamilselvi, the mother of the 1st petitioner, who is the 1st accused in this case, is absconding and applied for anticipatory bail. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstance of this case, this 2/4
