Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.073346/D1/E2/2016 dated 01.08.2017 and quash the same, and direct the Respondents to promote and approve the petitioner as Headmaster of High School in the 4th Respondent School from 01.06.2011 and confer all the consequential benefits.
