2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned counsel for the respondents that the earlier condone delay application filed by other defendants in A.No.7025 of 2019 was allowed on payment of costs of Rs.25,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks some leniency in this application.

4. In the light of the above submissions, the condone delay application is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 / plaintiffs on or before 01.11.2019.
