Mr.C.Jayaprakash, Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to consider and dispose of their representations dated 30.05.2024, for transfer of patta in their names.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioners dated 30.05.2024 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law. 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and in view of the limited prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, without going into the merits of the cases, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated

30.05.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
