ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and also extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.03 of 2025, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18135 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks to the petitioner to execute the sureties and also extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.03 of 2025, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
