This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the Trial Court to complete the Trial in C.C.No.1290/2006 pending on the file of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.
2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Trial Court, Egmore, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.1290/2006, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
