EDC. While so within few days ie., on 28.02.2019 again he was transferred from Elavanasurkottai to Pudukottai EDC, based on a false complaint lodged by one Mr. Ravichandran. According to the Petitioner, the second transfer order was passed is based on a false complaint and it amounts to punishment and transfer order is illegal. However Petitioner obeys the order and reported to duty in the transferred place. Due to the above second transfer from one circle to another circle his seniority is affected.
