ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to complete the enquiry based on the representation given by the petitioner and to pass orders on merits and to comply the same within the date fixed by this Hon'ble Court in Na.Ka.2812/2023/A3 dated 02.05.2025 on the file of the second respondent.
2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the property comprised in S.No.286/30, measuring an extent of 0.655 sq.mt., situated at No.57, Nemmeli Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District is belongs to the petitioner and he has also got Patta No.508 in favour of his wife viz., S.Pushpalatha. When the petitioner intend to build house in 2/6
the aforesaid land, one Mr.Baskar, obstructed the petitioner from the said exercise and given a complaint against him, stating that he has got patta for the said land. Hence, he made a representation before the third respondent stating that patta to the above mentioned property was wrongly given in the name of Baskar, who is not a resident of his locality. In this regard, the second respondent issued a finaly enquiry summon proceeding on 02.05.2025, by fixing the enquiry on 13.05.2025. Thereafter, no order was passed and the same is kept pending. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
4. After getting instruction, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have already initiated the enquiry proceedings, hence he sought three weeks time to complete the same.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Since the enquiry proceedings have already been commenced 3/6
and an enquiry was also conducted based on the proceedings of the second respondent dated 02.05.2025, the respondents are in the process of passing the final order. Such being the case, no further order is required in this writ petition.
