O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is to seek a direction from this Court to the learned District Munisf, Ambattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No. 452 of 2015 pending on the file of the said Court as expeditiously as possible.

Heard Mr. M. Thirumalai, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

The suit in O.S. No. 452 of 2015 was filed by the respondent / plaintiff for a permanent injunction, where according to the learned counsel, issues had been framed long back, the same has not been listed under the special case for trial, hence the trial is yet to be commenced. Since the suit was filed four years back and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition with the following direction:

" That the Court below i..e, The District Munisf Court, Ambattur, is directed to dispose of the suit i.e., O.S. No. 452 of 2015 as early as possible depending upon the work load already therein in the said Court." 5.

With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
