This Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment dated 08.10.2018 made in C.A.No.191 of 2018 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode, confirming the conviction imposed on the Judgment dated 21.05.2018 made in STC.No.129 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track No I, Erode.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. With regard to the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner produced a settlement receipt dated 04.011.2019, the same is hereby recorded.
