2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second and third respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
