The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the charge memo in Na.Ka.No.4068/2020/Thovasa dated 27.05.2022 and consequential show cause notice in Na.Ka.No.4068/2020/Thovasa dated 07.02.2023 on the file of the first respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to retire from service and pay all the service benefits with statutory interest for delayed payment at the rate of 10% per annum.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the Deputy Registrar sent communication dated 29.07.2025 to the Secretary of the second respondent Society. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the second respondent to implement the communication of the Deputy Registrar dated 29.07.2025.

3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to implement the communication of the Deputy Registrar dated 29.07.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
