Crl.MP.No.15243 of 2019 in Crl.RC.SR.No.51601 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 270 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the Judgment, dated 08.10.2018, passed in Crl.A.No.191 of 2018, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. He would submit that private notice has been served on the respondent and Affidavit of Service has been filed, there is no representation for the respondent.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 270 days in preferring the above criminal revision against the Judgment, dated 08.10.2018, passed in Crl.A.No.191 of 2018, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision, if the papers or otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
