PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the 1st respondent in S.T.C.No.452 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

The petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the 1st respondent in S.T.C.No.452 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
