O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to update the petitioner's details of plot No.32 for S.No.286,312/2 to an extent of 0.03 acres in the name of the petitioner in online chitta of Amanireddihalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner inherited the subject property from his mother and in the UDR Register petitioner's mother name is entered. To change the same the petitioner has given a representation on 6.12.2018 and the petitioner was called for an enquiry and the second respondent passed an order on 13.12.2018 to mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioner. However, the same was not considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice that if this Court issues a direction to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.12.2018.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5.In view of the above, this Court directs the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.12.2018, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

6. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
