Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records from the proceedings of the first respondent Order dated 21.06.2017 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.No.PE4/533/2016 and quash the same for appointing 4th respondent as Noon Meal Organiser of the 3rd respondent Panchayat Union, Elementary at Govindarajapattinam, Thirunavalur as illegal, arbitrary, beyond jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer of the third respondent school pursuant to the interview held on 31.01.2017 or any other school w.e.f 21.06.2017 the date on which the 4th respondent was appointed.
