counsel for the appellant would state that they are not able to contact his client. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant and post the matter on 18.06.2024. On 18.06.2024, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 19.06.2024. Today, the name of the appellant is printed in the cause list. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant either in person or through counsel. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the civil miscellaneous appeal for non-prosecution.
