ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the 1/4
condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.21202 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he was granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.21202 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024 on condition to appear before the respondent police daily until further orders. The condition was complied by the petitioner and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied the condition from 01.01.2025 to 10.01.2025 and investigation is not yet completed and hence strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature 2/4
of offences and the petitioner has also complied the condition for 25 days, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto".
5. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed in toto. 24.01.2025 index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order mjs To 1.The Public Prosecutor, Madras High Court, Chennai.
