The petitioners herein seek bail in Crime No.06 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 376(D) and 506(1) of IPC r/w 5(g) and 6 of POCSO Act.

2. It is stated that final report will be filed in both the cases. Let that process be completed and let the victim girl be examined and thereafter, if there is any change of circumstances, a fresh application may be filed.

3. In view of the fact that the investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed, it is not appropriate to enter into any detailed discussion of the facts with respect to the overtact against each of the accused.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
