MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the Trial Court made in C.C.No.138/2008, by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Salem, dated 27.03.2018 as confirmed the Judgment in Crl.A.No.69/2018, dated 23.04.2019, by the I Additional District Judge, Salem.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition, accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
