This application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this report on record of the Hon'ble Court. (b) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay the revised remuneration from common pool fund account to the security agency M/s.Balaji Security Service, Coimbatore @ Rs.15,283/- + GST as mentioned in para 7 above with effect from October 2024 for safeguarding the immovable and movable assets available at A.Uduppam Village, Puthansanthai, Namakkal, (c) To permit the official liquidator to reduce the security guards from 8 nos. To 4 nos. with effect from October 2024 (d) To pass any orders or such other orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 2.

I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application Page No.1/3

as prayed for.

The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the revised remuneration from common pool fund account to the security agency M/s.Balaji Security Service, Coimbatore @ Rs.15,283/- + GST as mentioned in para 7 above with effect from October 2024 for safeguarding the immovable and movable assets available at A.Uduppam Village, Puthansanthai, Namakkal and the learned Official Liquidator is also permitted to reduce the security guards from 8 nos.
