These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to transfer the further investigation of the case in Crime Nos.130, 229 of 2016 respectively on the file of the 4th respondent police to any other investigation agency more appropriately CBCID, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime Nos.130, 229 of 2016 is pending for the period of three years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime Nos.130, 229 of 2016 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed. 4.Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of.
