This Writ petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.462 of 2010 dated 23.08.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the matter got settled in between the parties and the 2nd respondent/workmen agreed to receive a compensation amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as full quit and accordingly, the petitioner management has drawn a Demand draft to that effect for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and the 2nd respondent has also appeared before this Court today and received the same towards full quit.

3. Hence, the impugned award dated 23.08.2016 passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.462 of 2010 is modified as above and accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed in the aforesaid terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
