By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as 1st respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his online application dated 26.06.2023 seeking survey of the land situated in Survey Nos.154/10C and 154/9C in Veerangipuram Village, Aragandanallur Taluk, Villupuram District.
3. The petitioner herein claims right over the above mentioned property under the Settlement Deed executed by his father dated 26.04.2012 vide Document No.3303/2012 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Arakandanallur. The petitioner submitted an online application on 26.06.2023 in Challan No.20230626105903 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the 1st respondent would submit that the online application 2/4
of the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 26.06.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
