This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 24.05.2024 passed in Crl.MP.No.134 of 2024 in CC.SR.No.1591 of 2022 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai-03.

On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner filed the

petition to condone the delay of 248 days in re-presentation of the complaint. The said complaint had been filed by the petitioner without any original document. Therefore, the trial court rightly dismissed the petition for the reason that the petitioner failed to explain the delay. Therefore, this criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed.
